Abstract
The angular variations of the spectral positions of peaks in angle-resolved photoemission spectra for Au(112) due to bulk interband transitions have been calculated using a band model for gold which agrees with other optical data. The calculations agree with the experimental results published recently by Heimann et al.Keywords
