Abstract
The ramus (radio) carpeus palmaris was found in our 46 dissections. It ends by a more or less medial network. It gives relatively large but inconstant branches for the carpus and small but constant branches specially some for the medial part of the radio epiphysis. This gave us the idea to cut an osseous graft in this epiphysis, to pediculate it with the ramus carpeus palmaris, then to bring it by rotation in front of the lunate or the navicular bone.
