SEPSIS DUE TO TRIPLE LUMEN CENTRAL VENOUS CATHETERS

Abstract
We prospectively studied 96 consecutive catheterizations in 65 patients who required triple lumen central venous catheters. The incidence of catheter associated bacteremia was 3.1 per cent.
