Abstract
A true three-dimensional display based upon the sequential excitation of fluorescence at predetermined controlled locations within a display volume is described. The system equation is developed and used to show that, with the use of appropriate pulsed lasers for excitation sources, a variety of useful displays can be built -Itilizing IC1 or possibly mercury vapor as the display medium. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
