Abstract
A detailed analysis of the in vivo radiographic anatomy of the coronary venous system obtained in a series of clinical cases with the authors'' original method of occlusion coronary venography. The major venous channels draining into the coronary sinus, the anterior cardiac veins and some of the Thebsian vessels are demonstrated using selected frames from the cineangiograms and illustrative drawings. This method affords the visualization of a vascular system of the body which had not been previously investigated with modern angiographic techniques and deserves greater attention considering the growing interest in the roentgenographic and hemodynamic studies of the coronary circulation. Keywords
