Abstract
In raw milk deliveries from farms, correlations between fat and total solids, solids-not-fat, protein and lactose-mineral were 0.93, 0.60, 0.74 and 0.10. The correlation between protein and solids-not-fat was 0.71; the multiple correlation between protein and both solids-not-fat and fat was 0.81. The inter-relations could be shown by estimating equations and standard deviations of the regressions. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
