Abstract
The general observation on the components of the volatile oil from leaves and roots of Heracleum mantegazzianum indicated a great change in their presence during the growth period of plant. 11 fractions from the oil from leaves and 14 from the roots were found to be present in the fully matured plants. Most of these components are isolated under experiments. None of the fractions showed dermatotoxic action on the human skin. Extracts containing coumarins were found to produce allergic reactions on skin. Der ätherische Öl–Gehalt der Blätter und Wurzeln von Heracleum mantegazzianum L. unterliegt im Laufe der Vegetationsperiode erheblichen Schwankungen. Die Untersuchung des Blattöles ergab 11, die des Wurzelöles 14 Fraktionen. Keine der Fraktionen zeigte eine dermatotoxische Aktivität. Allergische Hautreaktionen wurden durch methanolische Extrakte der Blätter und Wurzeln hervorgerufen, die Cumarine enthalten.
