Abstract
Liquid and coagulated ejaculates were collected separately from mice by electroejaculation. Sperm concentrations in the liquid ejaculates from 51 animals ranged between 25,000 and 2,228,000/mm3 and total number of spermatozoa per ejaculate between 60,000 and 5,464,000. This method is suggested as a practical means of obtaining ejaculated spermatozoa free of coagulum for reproduction research. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
