Abstract
Permutation symmetry is imposed on an -invariant Lagrangian with six quarks. The mixing angles of the and are determined: decays predominantly to and a meson containing should have a lifetime sec or less. A phase in the gauge couplings of and causes nonconservation of in decays that is naturally small. No violations of and invariance are induced into the strong interactions by at the tree level. One-loop corrections yield an upper bound of .
