Abstract
The O consumption of 136 normal rats decreased with age and showed no difference between sexes, up to the 4th mo. Direct measurement of O consumption of resting rats permits discrimination between dozing and sleeping and the state of quietness should also be carefully taken into account in respiration studies. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
