Abstract
A modification of the glutaraldehyde-osmium tetroxide-tannic acid-uranyl acetate (GOTU) fixation procedure is described which allows human leucocytes to be examined subsequently by either transmission electron microscopy (TEM) or scanning electron microscopy (SEM).Keywords
