Abstract
In S. typhimurium, 3 of the structural genes, cysJ, cysI and cysH, which convert sulfate to sulfide, form an operon with a promoter at the cysJ gene end. Four cysJ point mutants were studied to see whether they had nonsense mutations. Of the 4 mutants, 3, cysJ148, cysJ223 and cysJ304, had amber mutations. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
