Abstract
Anaphylactoid reaction to cyclophosphamide administration in a 85-year old woman is described. Symptomatology was restricted to bronchospasm, which regressed within one hour. This incomplete and rapidly regressive symptomatology might be explained by previous administration of methylprednisolone. No anaphylactoid symptoms were observed following continuation of therapy with ifosfamide. Keywords
