Abstract
The 1H- and 13C-NMR signals of nine triterpenoid hydrocarbons belonging to the oleanene and migrated oleanene groups together with friedelin were completely assigned by the application of modern NMR techniques, and the conformations of rings D and E are discussed on the basis of Chem3D Plus and MM2 calculations, and nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy spectra.Keywords
