Dielectronic recombination cross section forCl7+

Abstract
The resonant dielectronic recombination cross section is estimated for a Cl7+ target interacting with incident electrons in the 10 ∼ 20-rydberg range. Cross sections averaged over energy bins of size ΔE=0.1 Ry are approximately (1-3) × 1019 cm2.
