Abstract
The gastric pseudolymphoma (GP) is regarded as a benign non-tumorous hyperplastic alteration starting out from the lymph elements of the gastric wall. The gastric ulcer can play the role of an eliciting factor. In the reported GP angioproliferative foci were observed. GP is related to or identical with lymphoid hyperplasia in other localisations. The presence of angioproliferative foci is an important differential diagnostic sign. Keywords
