Abstract
Plasma cell granuloma (inflammatory pseudotumor) has been described most commonly in the lung. Review of the English literature fails to reveal occurrence of such a lesion in the tonsil. We are reporting such a case presenting as a unilateral tonsillar mass in a 63‐year‐old man. A more typical case of plasma cell granuloma of lung is also presented to illustrate the similarity between the tonsillar and pulmonary lesions. Keywords
