Abstract
The 13C and 1H NMR spectra of azithromycin in D2O and DMSO‐d6 have been unambiguously assigned using a range of 1 and 2D NMR methods. Similarities to the spectra of azithromycin in CDCl3 and of erythromycin A ketone in the same solvents are discussed. Keywords
