Full assignments of the 13C and 1H NMR spectra of azithromycin in buffered D2O and DMSO‐d6

Abstract
The 13C and 1H NMR spectra of azithromycin in D2O and DMSO‐d6 have been unambiguously assigned using a range of 1 and 2D NMR methods. Similarities to the spectra of azithromycin in CDCl3 and of erythromycin A ketone in the same solvents are discussed.
