Hydrodynamics of 3He-A with Arbitrary Textures

Abstract
A phenomenological theory of nonlinear hydrodynamics of 3He-A is developed on the basis of an extended thermodynamics including higher order terms of the gradient of mass density. The linearized hydrodynamic equations agree with the microscopic results. It is also shown that the modified hydrodynamic equations satisfy the rotating equilibrium condition.Keywords
