Abstract
Both dominant and recessive polycystic kidney disease appear in childhood. We have analyzed findings of intravenous pyelography, ultrasound and computed tomography in genetically classified cases of dominant (13 children) and recessive polycystic kidney disease (5 children) and thus defined criteria by which sporadic cases of childhood polycystic kidney disease can be classified to dominant or recessive polycystic kidney disease. Keywords
