Abstract
Levels in and below 1.62 MeV were investigated via the () and () reactions on and targets for an incident energy range of 2.7 - 5.2 MeV. The neutron groups populating the low-lying states were studied by the time-of-flight method, and the deexcitation rays were studied with Ge(Li) detectors. Several new levels in and were established including low-spin positive-parity states having nanosecond half-lives. The value for the reaction was determined to be - 1.635 ± 0.020 MeV.
