Abstract
A technique for single cell assay of non adherent cells is demonstrated by using microfabricated flow manifolds and video fluorescence microscopy. The kinetic cellular event of calcium flux release was determined in human lymphocytes. Transport, incubation and reactions on the microchip was accomplished using either electroosmotic or hydrodynamic pumping. Keywords
