Abstract
Development of a method for protein extraction from a sample of airborne particles is discussed. The nature of the extracted proteins was investigated by means of electrophoresis. Electrophoretic patterns of extracts for different air samples are shown. Fourteen amino acids were identified following hydrolysis of proteins obtained from an air sample. Total protein determinations were made using two methods. Keywords
