Abstract
Ultrasound demonstrated the solid character of three hypovascular renal masses which were equivocal on nephrotomography and arteriography with intra-arterial vasoconstrictors. These cases illustrate the value of ultrasound, a noninvasive procedure, in the pre-operative evaluation of hypovascular hypernephromas. Keywords
