Abstract
Three patients with sprue were given daily intramusc. injns. of 15 mg. of synthetic Lacto-bacillus casei factor. Prompt blood and clinical improvement followed. The synthetic factor may be identical to, or closely allied to, the substance in liver extract which is effective in the treatment of sprue.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
