Abstract
Shielding attenuation values at low frequencies have been computed for magnetic and nonmagnetic cylindrical tubes based on formulas developed by King.[2] The attenuation in decibels was computed on a digital computer for a range of ratios of wall thickness to depth of penetration from 0.1 to 10 as a function of a nondimensional parameter as used by Kaden.[4] Two graphs are presented that summarize the computer results. Keywords
