Abstract
An experimental technic is described which permits the production of widespread osteomyelosclerosis in the rat. The histologic features and probable histogenesis of this disease model are discussed. This condition is virtually identical to that which occurs spontaneously in man, but it remains to be seen whether these morbid lesions are fundamentally related as regards the biochemical processes responsible for their development. Keywords
