Abstract
The paper deals with the work-hardening adaptation of rigid-plastic solids subjected to arbitrary dynamic loads whose components are within given limits. Sufficient and necessary criteria of “statical” type are presented. The material is characterized by piecewise linear yield surface, piecewise linear work-hardening, and linear strain-rate sensitivity. The displacements are assumed to be infinitesimal. Keywords
