The density of states of liquid copper

Abstract
Ultraviolet photoemission measurements (h(cross) omega =21.2 eV) on clean liquid copper samples are presented. On melting, the 3d band structure is observed to change in shape in agreement with recent multiple-scattering calculations.Keywords
