Abstract
Three cases of gonadal malformations in close relatives of different ages, 2 "sisters" and 1 brother, were presented. In the first case gonadal dysgenesis with normal stature, virilisation and a gonadoblastoma tumor was diagnosed. In the second it was a true gonadal dysgenesis syndrome with normal growth. The third case was a special kind of an agonadism syndrome. It is supposed that the harmful agent responsible for the gonadal development faults of the siblings was contained in their parents genes and was confined to gonadal buds only. Keywords
