Abstract
An 18-year-old male presented with left foot ischemia secondary to emboli from a pseudoaneurysm of the left popliteal artery. His past history was significant only for two arthroscopies of his left knee. After evaluation, the patient was successfully treated with obliteration of the aneurysm and a reverse saphenous vein bypass graft. Keywords
