Abstract
A modification is described which reduces considerably the amount of pipetting involved in the estimation of "pro-thrombin time." The procedure used by the authors is described in full. Particular attention is paid to the preparation and storage of the thromboplastin and to the sterilization of the citrate tubes used for the collection of specimens. Keywords
