The Organizational Impact of Profit Sharing

Abstract
Few studies have evaluated the organizational impact of profit sharing. What research has been done suggests that profit sharers experience greater financial success, higher levels of productivity, and more positive employee attitudes. However, several methodological weaknesses of the studies seriously limit understanding of the full benefits and limitations of profit sharing. A model of profit sharing is presented to foster improved research.Keywords
