Abstract
British Carboniferous corals belonging to theFasciculophyllum omaliusigroup are usually erroneously referred to the generaZaphrentisRafinesque & Clifford andDensiphyllumDybowski. None of the species usually attributed toDensiphyllumis congeneric with that genus: some, such asD. bradbournenseWilmore, have been shown to belong to the genusRhopalolasmaHudson (Hudson, 1936, and in press); for others, such asD. rushianumVaughan, a new genus,Rotiphyllum, is here erected. Keywords
