Abstract
A relativistic wave equation which describes a particle having mass , spin ½, and only positive-energy eigenvalues is presented. The theory apparently evades the conditions which prevented minimal coupling to electromagnetism in the spinless positive-energy theory of Dirac. A more general method for reducing the Klein-Gordon operator is pointed out.
