Abstract
Activities of sulfatases A/B, sulfatase C, .beta. glucuronidase, acid and alkaline phosphatases were measured in 38 cases of colorectal cancer. A wide variation in the levels of individual enzymes was observed, suggesting that certain patients might benefit from therapy with tailor made enzyme activated antitumor agents. The activity of sulfatase C was correlated with the other 4, but the enzyme profile could not predict the evolution of the disease. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
