Abstract
Auger electron energies for elements of atomic number 5 to 103 have been calculated using the atomic energy level values of Siegbahn et al., and a system of programs. The Auger electron energy table provides a listing of the element, the Auger transition, and all the calculated energies in ascending order from 0 to 2000 eV. These data are in the range of interest to Auger electron spectroscopists involved in surface studies. Keywords
