Abstract
Describes two examples of rock masses built by annelid worms, one by serpulids in the Lake of Tunis (Tunisia), the other by sabellariids near low-tide mark off Mont-Saint-Michel (northwest France). The term biolithosore is proposed for such structures.Keywords
