Abstract
We calculate the spin and charge dynamical susceptibilities of an intermediate-valence system fluctuating between two magnetic configurations. Our results can explain the most important features of the neutron-scattering spectra of TmSe. We show that the energy of the inelastic peak found experimentally is connected with the energy of charge fluctuations. Keywords
