Total Quality Control in an Asian Division of a Multinational Corporation

Abstract
During the 1980s many organisations around the world adopted the total quality control concept, and many successes and failures have been reported. The process of TQC implementation in a South East Asian division of a multinational corporation producing electronic components, the evaluation programme and the results achieved, are described. The need to develop TQC as an integral part of the organisational corporate culture is discussed.
