Posterior Approach for High Cervical Percutaneous Radiofrequency Cordotomy

Abstract
Percutaneous radiofrequency high cervical cordotomy was carried out in 5 patients utilizing a posterior approach similar to that previously used for percutaneous tri-geminal tractotomy. The results in 3 unilateral cases suggests that this approach may offer some advantages in target localization compared to the lateral approach in 9 previous cases.
