Abstract
The Older Americans Act once again faces Congressional reauthorization in 1987. Considered here are the present and future roles of the Aging Services Network that is funded by Title III of the Act. Also discussed are the accomplishments, historical evolution, and current dilemmas of the Network. Various policy options are analyzed. And a proposal is made for amending Title III to establish a nationwide network of Aging Resource Centers for Help (ARCHs).
