Abstract
Present molecular understanding of the morphology of lamellar polymer crystals is briefly reviewed. The impact of crystal and fold structure (as opposed to molecular characteristics) is stressed. Investigation and decoration techniques giving access to local crystal and fold features are considered. Keywords
