Abstract
In the article, "A Novel Point Mutation (R243Q) in Exon 7 of the c-erbAβ Thyroid Hormone Receptor Gene in a Family with Resistance to Thyroid Hormone," by Kazumichi Onigata, Hideki Yagi, Akihiro Sakurai, Tomohisa Nagashima, Yoko Nomura, Kanji Nagashima, Kiyoshi Hashizume, and Akihiro Morikawa, that appeared in Volume 5, Number 5, pages 355-358, there was an error in the Results section. The association constants for T3 binding of expressed in vitro hTRβ-MT and hTRβ-W were mistakenly transposed. The correct association constants of hTRβ-MT and hTRβ-W are 5.3 X 109/M and 6.3 X 109/M, respectively.
