WKB approximation for quantum theory on a lattice

Abstract
In this paper we use a WKB approximation to solve the lattice version of some quantum-mechanical models. This requires the solution of an infinite-order differential equation (an integral equation) in terms of a WKB series. The resulting WKB expansion on the lattice is complementary to the high-temperature expansion on the lattice.Keywords
