Abstract
Two new generic names are proposed: Kansodinium gen. nov. for Diplopsalis ambiguum (Thompson) Bourrelly, and Durinskia gen. nov. for Peridinium balticum (Levander) Lemmermann. The nomenclatural history of each taxon is discussed, and features observed from natural collections are used to further characterize the new genera. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
