Fluohinetric Determination of Iron and Tpalliur with 1,4-Diami No-2,3-Dihyoroanthraquinone

Abstract
Fluorimetric methods for the determination of iron(III) (0.28–0.6 ppm) and thallium(III) (0.1–3 ppm) are described. Methods are based on the formation of a fluorescent product (δex = 400 nm, δem= 470 nm) resulting of the transformation of the reagent. The interferences of foreign ions in each determination are also determined.
