Abstract
In benign tumours of the nerve sheath, the neurinoma clearly originates from the Schwann's cell. This can be said, because there are neurinoma cells with the typical tendency to cytoplasmic processes out of which peculiar myelin sheaths are built; these peculiar myelin sheaths wrap themselves around parts of their own neurinoma cell. Keywords
