Abstract
Tension pneumothorax is a devastating complication that can accompany any manipulation of the lower airway. Although the literature reports a few cases during rigid bronchoscopy, this is the 1st report in a pediatric age patient [male infant] during both bronchoscopy and general anesthesia. [Clinical findings alone justified thoracostomy.].Keywords
