Abstract
Frequency-doubling circuits for analogue and digital systems are described. Typical modern frequency doubling circuit implementations are first reviewed. An extremely simple digital frequency-doubling circuit technique is then presented and subsequently applied to both sinusoidal and square waveforms. The performance of this simple circuit and others are compared.Keywords
